Questions & answers

Billing

How am I billed?

You're charged when you subscribe and again at each renewal — monthly or annually, whichever you choose. Payments run securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Just the price and how often you're billed. Annual is offered at a lower effective monthly rate; both intervals unlock exactly the same features for your plan.

Do the prices include tax?

Prices are listed in USD. Where tax applies in your region, it's shown at Stripe's secure checkout before you confirm.

How do I update my card, and what if a payment fails?

Open “Manage your subscription” (the button on the billing page) to update your card in Stripe's secure portal. If a charge fails, Stripe automatically retries and emails you.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

Yes. Stripe emails a receipt for every charge, and you can download invoices anytime from “Manage your subscription” — handy if you're expensing a Professional plan.

Do you offer refunds?

If something isn't right, email us at support@cotrackpro.com and we'll make it right. We'd much rather hear from you than leave you stuck.

Plans & access

What's the difference between Parent and Professional?

Parent is for someone documenting their own separation or custody situation. Professional is for attorneys, mediators, guardians ad litem, and therapists who work across multiple clients and need bulk drafting, case synthesis, and review tools.

What can I do for free?

The Free tier lets you get oriented, browse the tool catalog, and read fully worked example cases. Personalized drafting, incident documentation, and court-ready artifacts need a Parent or Professional plan.

Can I upgrade or switch plans later?

Anytime. Move between Parent and Professional whenever you need — your access updates automatically after the change goes through, with nothing to reinstall.

What happens if I switch mid-cycle?

Change plans anytime from “Manage your subscription” — Stripe prorates the switch, crediting the unused time on your current plan against the new one. Not sure? Email us and we'll help.

When does my access turn on after I pay?

Within about a minute of a successful payment — the next time your session refreshes. There's nothing to reinstall or re-download.

Account & cancellation

How do I cancel?

Anytime — open “Manage your subscription” and cancel in a couple of clicks, no questions asked. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops back to the Free tier.

What if I can't afford it right now?

Cost shouldn't keep you from documenting what matters for your kids. Email us at support@cotrackpro.com and we'll talk through options — reduced-rate or hardship access may be available.

Privacy & data

What happens to my records if I cancel or downgrade?

Downgrading or cancelling changes what you can do, not what you've saved — your account and the records in it remain. Features that require a paid plan simply pause until you resubscribe.
